An Italian Kitchen: The Story So Far

An Italian Kitchen: The Story So Far

Ciao, and Welcome to An Italian Kitchen-

ย

Iโ€™m so glad youโ€™re here. Whether you stumbled in by accident or youโ€™re my mom or dad checking if this thing works (๐Ÿ‘‹), benvenuti!

ย

Iโ€™m Michelle โ€” Italian food lover, pasta-shaper, Prestonโ€™s proud sidekick, and forever fan of olives, boat rides, and a good cappuccino on a sunny morning.

ย

A little while back, I substituted my corporate life in Chicago for a culinary adventure in Florence, where I studied Italian cooking, interned at a Tuscan restaurant, and even worked for a Serie A soccer team (and yes, pasta and soccer is exactly as fun as it sounds).

ย

Since then, Iโ€™ve been finding ways to keep Italy close โ€” hosting pasta parties, running seasonal dinner clubs, refining my wine palate, and most recently, (while nestled in Kansas City), building this space: An Italian Kitchen.

ย

My hope is that this blog feels like a seat at my table โ€” filled with cozy recipes, practical guides, festive inspiration, and a little Italian joy โ€ฆno passport required.

ย

Thanks for being here โ€” Iโ€™m excited for whatโ€™s ahead.ย
