Prep Time 20 minutes mins
Cook Time 25 minutes mins
Total Time 45 minutes mins
- ¼ cup Peanut Butter
- ⅔ cup Canned Pumpkin
- 2 Eggs
- 2 ½ cups Whole Wheat Flour
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, pumpkin, and eggs until smooth.
Gradually add the whole wheat flour, about ½ cup at a time, mixing between each addition until a dough begins to form.
Optional: A stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment makes this step even easier.
Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and knead until a smooth, uniform dough ball forms.
Using a rolling pin, roll the dough to approximately ¼-inch thickness.
Cut into desired shapes using a bone-shaped cookie cutter or your favorite cutter.
Arrange biscuits on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until lightly golden and firm.
Allow treats to cool completely before serving.
Buon Compleanno, Preston! 🐾
